Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9/17/2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MUSKOX LLC ("MUSKOX," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on muskoxmn.com (the "Site"), and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

What these technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It lets the site, or another company, recognize your browser when you come back. Cookies we set are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by other companies are "third-party" cookies.

We also use:

  • Pixels and tags: small pieces of code that tell another company when you view a page or submit a form.

  • Local storage: browser storage that works much like a cookie.

  • Session recording scripts: code that records mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling so we can see how visitors use a page.

In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

The cookies on our Site

Below are the tools on our Site as of the date at the top of this page, grouped by what they do. Most of them set more than one cookie, and providers rename and add cookies over time, so the cookie names are examples, not a complete list. Cookies set by other companies are governed by those companies' privacy policies, which are linked below.

Strictly necessary

These keep the Site running and secure. They can't be switched off through our Site.

Wix hosts our Site. Its cookies keep sessions working and protect forms from cross-site attacks. Examples: XSRF-TOKEN, bSession, ssr-caching.

HubSpot runs our cookie notice and remembers your choice. Examples: __hs_opt_out, __hs_initial_opt_in.

Blocky, a Wix app, uses your IP address and browser details to detect bots and fraudulent ad clicks.

Functional

These power features you use, such as forms, texting, and the dealer map. If you block them, those features may not work.

HubSpot runs our quote and contact forms. Example: hubspotutk.

Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It uses Google cookies.

Kenect runs the "Text us" button, which lets you text our team from the Site.

OpenStreetMap supplies the map on our dealer locator. Its map servers receive your IP address when the map loads.

Analytics and performance

These show us how people find and use the Site. Unless another option is listed, you can block them through your browser settings.

Google Analytics counts visits and shows how visitors move through the Site. Examples: _ga, _gid. You can opt out on any site with Google's browser add-on.

HubSpot tracks visits and page views and connects them to form submissions. Examples: __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc, hubspotutk.

Hotjar records sessions (mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling) and builds heatmaps. Examples: _hjSession, _hjSessionUser.

Visitor Analytics reports visitor statistics in our Wix dashboard.

Advertising

These let advertising companies show you MUSKOX ads on other websites and apps, and tell us which ads led to a visit, form, or call. These companies can recognize your browser on other websites that use their tools.

Google Ads measures ad results and builds audiences for Google, YouTube, and partner sites. Examples: _gcl_au, _gcl_ls. You can manage Google ads in My Ad Center.

Meta measures ad results and builds audiences for Facebook and Instagram. Examples: _fbp, _fbc. You can manage Meta ads in the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

LinkedIn measures ad results and builds audiences for LinkedIn. Example: li_adsId. You can opt out with LinkedIn's retargeting opt-out.

TikTok measures ad results and builds audiences for TikTok. Examples: _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid. You can manage TikTok ads in the TikTok app's ad settings.

HubSpot sends ad conversion data from our Site to the advertising platforms above.

Visitor identification

This tells us who visits our Site so our sales team can follow up.

RB2B matches some U.S. visitors to a name, job title, professional profile, and business email. Examples: _reb2buid, _reb2bsessionID, _reb2bgeo. You can remove yourself with RB2B's opt-out form.

Your choices

Our cookie notice

When you first visit, a banner tells you that we use cookies. Cookies other than strictly necessary ones may be set when the page loads. If you keep using the Site, we'll treat that as agreement to the uses in this policy. You can change your mind at any time with the options below.

Browser settings

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Here's how in the most common ones:

Blocking all cookies may stop our forms, "Text us" button, or dealer map from working.

Industry opt-out tools

Many advertising companies take part in these programs, which let you opt out of interest-based ads from their members:

These opt-outs are saved as cookies, so they only apply to the browser you use them on, and clearing your cookies removes them. Opting out means fewer targeted ads, not fewer ads.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our Site doesn't currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the tools above or contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when we add or remove tools. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when we last changed it.
