Job Description:
 

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work collaboratively with our engineering team on the design, development, and optimization of our innovative snowblower products. Successful candidates will play a key role in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and production.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for snowblowers using CAD software, primarily Solidworks.

• Conduct simulations and stress analysis to validate designs and ensure robustness and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to integrate new designs into production processes.

• Lead prototyping efforts, including selection of materials and fabrication processes.

• Analyze and resolve mechanical system issues in both new and existing products.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing protocols, and user manuals.

• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and engineering practices.
   

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solidworks.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and materials.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously when required.

• Experience in the snow removal industry or similar industrial products is a plus.
